I appreciated the friendly staff and the cozy lobby space we found ourselves spending time in during our stay. We enjoyed the local snacks in the mini bar, which offered a nice touch for a hungry traveler like me craving something more authentic.
The room I stayed in was small. I found the bed not as comfortable, which caused me some discomfort. I faced issues with noise from the stairs that interrupted my sleep.

The queen bed room was cozy, providing excellent comfort after long days of hiking. The location is ideal, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough for restful nights. The in-room air conditioner was a pleasant surprise, offering white noise that helped with sleep. Additionally, the free coffee in the lobby was a delightful perk, particularly appreciated before early morning trails.

Located conveniently close to town square, the rooms feature unique, stylish decor that adds a cozy charm to the atmosphere. The lobby provides complimentary coffee and baked goods, making for a cute start to the day.
The noise insulation leaves much to be desired. Sounds from adjacent rooms disrupt the quiet you'd hope to find. Some rooms, particularly those lacking air conditioning, can feel stifling during warmer months since we're talking about overly bright summer sunlight. Parking can be a hassle too, with limited spots and cramped spaces around the area. Various rooms lack sufficient furniture, especially without a decent chair to sit back in. The shower heads can leak, and the availability of consistent hot water takes a hit during peak usage hours.

We checked out the local galleries and the outdoor skating rink, which was a fun way to spend the day. Rooms were super cute with thoughtful design, and we loved the complimentary coffee and pastries every morning. The lobby was a nice hangout spot after our adventures.
One downside was the paper-thin walls. we could hear everything in the mornings, which was tough after long days of skiing.

Unexpected noise ruined the comfort
The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore Jackson's attractions on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
However, the walls were paper-thin, letting us hear every noise from our neighbors, which made for sleepless nights.

Noise insulation needs significant improvement!!! The small room sizes felt cramped and lacked necessary privacy. Parking difficulties were a hassle, and limited amenities led to unmet expectations.

Great Location and Cozy Atmosphere
I had a lovely stay with a fantastic location just a short walk from downtown, which made exploring a breeze. The cozy lobby was perfect for relaxing after a day of activities, and I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee available. However, the noise levels from neighboring rooms were noticeable, which affected my sleep.

We arrived at 4:49 pm and they told us our room wasn’t ready, but the location was just unbeatable. The staff was friendly, and you can’t go wrong with their coffee in the morning. It’s seriously good.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for the area.
